The Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Our prices are per day up to 2 persons (direct booking on this website).
- For 10 nights or more, we grant a discount of 10% on the total prize.
- For longterm stay (rent) special price agreements.
- Prices include a final cleaning and taxes.
- You will receive an exact price quotation in our online booking tool.
Additional Services:
- Parking behind the house.
- Use of a washing machine and dryer on request possible.
- An extra bed is possible on request (4 people maximum occupancy)
- Rental price increases per person per day.
Travel Arrangements:
- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00.
- Check-out until 11:00.
- No Smoking.
- Pets prohibited.
- No parties or events.
Payment Policy:
- A deposit will be charged within 14 days of booking.
- If this deposit is not received, the booking will be automatically canceled.
- Payment of the full balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- No deposit will be charged.
Cancellation policy:
- The cancellation of your booking is possible at any time.
- In case of withdrawal up to 13 days after booking no charge will be incurred.
- From the 14th day to 14 days before the arrival you will incur the cost of the deposit of 75 euros.
- After payment of the full balance until one day before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price in case of withdrawal.
- For non-arrival there is no refund.
